- Expect nightly work from 8:00pm to 7:00am between MP 7 and the border crossing at MP 13. Local miner traffic will be accommodated.
- The border crossing is CLOSED from 8:00pm to 8:00am each night.
- Expect light construction activity during the day.
- Be alert to construction workers on the shoulders.

Project End Result
The State of Alaska Department of Transportation in partnership with Quality Asphalt Paving, is working to improve transportation on the Top of the World Highway. Improvements will include resurfacing, widening, minor realignment and sight distance improvements of 13 miles of the road between Jack Wade Junction and the Canadian Border. This project will span two years with culvert and dirt work happening in the 2013 season and paving operations in the 2014 season.
