Project End Result

The Alaska Department of Transportation, in cooperation with Neeser Construction, is continuing work from the 2017 construction season to upgrade the intersections of 4th Avenue and Ingra Street, and Latouche Street and 36th Avenue. Project work includes improving pedestrian safety and improving the traffic thoroughfare including drainage upgrades, curb bulbs, curb ramps, and traffic signal upgrades.
