From the Project Engineer
The Alaska Department of Transportation is working with Hamilton Construction to replace the Chickaloon River Bridge at the Glenn Highway. Upon completion the roadway from MP 77 to 79 will be realigned over the new bridge that will be installed over the Chickaloon River at approximately MP 78 of the Glenn Highway. This project is scheduled to be complete by August 2016. The bridge will be in winter shutdown from November 2015 until April 2016.
