• Expect intermittent flagging operations and LANE RESTRICTIONS between Artillery Road and Upper Terrace Street, from 8:30am to 8:30pm, Monday through Saturday.
• Be alert to construction workers and heavy equipment on the roadway and shoulder.

The Alaska Department of Transportation is working with QAP to repave Eagle River Road from approximately Artillery Road to Lower Terrace Drive (MP 0 to 5.3). Upon completion, Eagle River Road will be repaved, with new signage and guardrails installed throughout the length of the project. This project is scheduled to be complete by mid-October, 2015.
