Project End Result

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, in cooperation with Drennon Construction, is working to resurface Chicken Airport Access Road from the intersection with the Taylor Highway to the airport property boundary with additional base course material and high float surface treatment. Project work also includes minor grading, clearing, drainage improvements and intersection improvements. The project is expected to be complete in September 2018.

  • Watch for changing driving surfaces
