Project End Result

The Alaska Department of Transportation, in cooperation with Granite Construction, is working to resurface 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue from Karluk Street to Airport Heights Drive. Work will include milling, paving, minor subgrade rehabilitation, as well as installing ADA improvements, signage, and striping. The majority of project work is expected to be completed during the 2019 construction season.
