• Beginning 7:00pm Friday, September 23, be alert to night work between Lake Otis Parkway and Elmore due to paving operations. 
• Be alert to LANE RESTRICTIONS at the Elmore Road and Abbott Road intersection, and the Lake Otis Parkway and Abbott Road intersection nightly between 7:00pm to 5:00am, and daily from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
• Be alert to curb, gutter and utility relocation work near the Abbott Road and Elmore Road intersection.

The Alaska Department of Transportation is working with QAP to rehabilitate Abbott Road. Upon completion, this project will improve the existing pathway from Lake Otis Parkway to Jupiter Drive, provide a new two-way left turn lane, add a second eastbound thru lane at Lake Otis Parkway, and make improvements to drainage, paving, signage, striping and signalization. This project is scheduled to be complete by November 2016.
