What You Need to Know
  • Crews are performing bridge rehabilitation work throughout the project. Drivers should be aware of milled surfaces on all bridge decks and follow the reduced speed limits.
  • Please be alert to nightly LANE RESTRICTIONS, flagging operations, and equipment in the roadway from 8:00pm to 6:00am.
Project End Result

The Alaska Department of Transportation, in cooperation with QAP, is working to build an additional lane to Minnesota Drive from International Airport Road to Raspberry Road. Crews will be working on Minnesota Drive, from the Seward Highway to Tudor Road, to install planing, paving, drainage, signing and striping. Crews are also working on Minnesota Drive, from Weaving Lane/International Airport Road to Raspberry Road to installing grading, paving, lighting, signing and striping.
