- Expect intermittent flagging operations and LANE CLOSURES on Dowling Road, from the Old Seward Highway to C Street, Monday through Saturday, between 7:00am and 5:00pm.
- The north side pedestrian pathway on Dowling Road, between C Street and Old Seward Highway, is CLOSED to the public. Pedestrians must use the pathway on the south side.
- The Campbell Creek Trail crossing under Dowling Road is now open for use, please use caution throughout the construction zone.
Throughout construction, expect intermittent LANE RESTRICTIONS, weekend road CLOSURES, flagging operations, DETOUR routes and short DELAYS.
Upon completion, there will be new four-lane alignment of Dowling Road, from B Street to C Street. Dowling Road, between Old Seward Highway and B Street will be reseurfaced and widened to include a center turn lane. The Campbell Creek bridge will be replaced and new pedestrian facilities will constructed.
