The Alaska Department of Transportation, in cooperation with QAP, will continue to preserve 'C' Street, from 40th Avenue to Minnesota Drive (extending south to Peninsula Circle, just beyond the roundabouts). Work will begin near Peninsula Circle and move north on 'C' Street as the project progresses. Project components include grading and drainage repairs, ADA upgrades for select curb ramps, traffic signal system modifications, signing, paving and striping. Expect work at intersections along the project route throughout the summer, with paving operations anticipated in late August. The project is expected to be compete by mid-October 2018, finishing with final striping the following spring.
